Q: May I bring additional friends or family members with me to a private session with you?
A: Our preference is to work one-on-one with our clients. The reason is that we don’t have control over what Spirit is going to share in a session. As psychic mediums, our aim is to translate every message we receive from Spirit. However, if Spirit shares something that is private and multiple people are present, we may feel the need to filter the message or we run the risk of sharing information that may be uncomfortable for one or more of the attendees. If you are comfortable with the information you receive from Spirit and desire to share it with others, you always have the option of sharing the session recording with any person(s) you deem appropriate.
We do not advertise, nor do we offer private group sessions except via special arrangement. If you feel strongly that you would like to retain Kent or me for a private group session, you will want to ensure that the person(s) you bring with you already know(s) your most intimate personal secrets. Consider that Spirit may share with us personal information about you that you would prefer not be shared. Private group sessions are priced based upon the number of attendees.
Q: How is a multi-person private session different than a gallery reading?
A: The primary difference is that in a gallery setting, audience members are asking the questions. Therefore, if the audience participant shares personal details, Spirit and the psychic medium consider the information non-private and open to public consumption, because the audience member put the personal information in the public realm by asking the question. Conversely, in a private session, Spirit could inadvertently share personal information that would then be in the public realm.
Q: May I schedule a session with you for my child?
A: No. We feel that psychic mediums who work with children need to employ an additional level of care that is only borne from specific training to hone this expertise. There are some psychic mediums who specialize in working with children–especially sensitive, highly intuitive children. However, this is not a specialty we have chosen to pursue.
Q: May I bring my child with me to a session with you?
A: No. During a typical psychic medium session, it is not uncommon for Spirit to discuss topics that may not easily be understood by a child–especially in relation to guidance that is being given to the child’s parent. Remember that work with a psychic medium is NOT therapy. Our intent is to provide you with information that is unfiltered and clearly translated from Spirit. If a child is present, our logical mind must be more fully engaged to ensure that no potentially harmful information is shared, which will degrade the communication with Spirit. Therefore, we do not recommend children attend your appointment with you.
