This basic project management knowledge, coupled with my personality and style, were the tools I brought to bear to effectively manage my projects.

I can draw parallels from my work as a project manager and my work as a psychic medium, in that sometimes people assume that all professionals who hold a certain title perform their jobs in exactly the same manner. However, each individual brings his or her own style to the table. I worked with PMs who were very authoritarian and others who were highly collaborative. Both styles can work, if the individual is allowed to embrace their individuality. However, if the boss wants Fred to act like Sally, both the boss and Fred are going to be disappointed. Fred isn’t Sally, so he shouldn’t be expected to emulate Sally.
It is important to remember that each professional is going to have his or her own style.

It can be incredibly useful for you to retain several different psychics and mediums until you find someone with whom you want to have a continuing relationship. Research Before Scheduling a Psychic Medium Reading
The work of a psychic medium is creative in nature. Just as two artists with similar backgrounds, using the same mode of expression, create two distinctly different works of art, two psychic mediums are each going to provide you with an experience that is unique. Of course there will be similarities, but just as you would be disappointed in a portrait artist, if you were expecting an impressionist painting, so, too will you be disappointed in this very personal service, if you do not resonate with the individual’s style. Although Kent and I have taken exactly the same training, we bring to bear different previous life experiences and different personalities. Some of our clients specifically desire a session with Kent, whereas others are drawn to me. However, neither Kent nor I are able to meet the needs of every single person seeking a psychic medium. If we were, there would be no need for the vast number of individuals who provide this very personal service.
Should You Schedule a Session with Eclectic Horizons?
If you are seeking a professional who will provide a monologue of information without any engagement with you, you don’t like structure, you don’t want to do any preparation before your session, you are looking for a therapist, or you are looking for a psychic session* focused on complex predictions, then neither Kent nor I are the best fit for your reading needs. If, however, you are excited to communicate with your loved ones in spirit—any of your loved ones—and allow them to present evidence to demonstrate the continuation of life or you have some questions regarding guidance to specific questions in your life, then either Kent or I would be honored to be at your service.
